Student-written RPG Adventure Wins Award

Professional Writing isn’t all just hard work—sometimes it’s hard work that is literally fun and games! So say the students from Prof. T. R. Knight’s Tabletop Game Writing Lab.

For PWR’s second Writing and Editing for Gaming course, Chaosium agreed to collaborate with Prof. Knight to publish an adventure module for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game (RPG). Seven students worked for a full semester to choose a topic, outline, research, write, edit, rewrite, proofread, choose art, lay out, and publish the final book.

In June 2020, Refractions of Glasston received recognition with a Judges’ Spotlight Award in the 2020 ENnie Awards.
